建築を学ぶ若者と国内外で活躍するアーティストと工芸作家が心をひとつにして、考え抜き、制作した作品は、古代丹後においては入江、船着場であった場所にある。南は巨大前方後円墳・神明山古墳、そして東には大社の格を有する竹野神社に囲まれている。古代の人が眺めていたであろう星は、今も私たちを見つめている。未来に光という希望をもち、自然の素材から構成したリジェネラティブなアート工芸建築作品だ。

This work, thoughtfully created by young people studying architecture and artists and craftsmen active in Japan and abroad, is located in what was once an inlet and landing place in ancient Tango. It is surrounded to the south by the giant keyhole-shaped tumulus, Shinmeiyama Tumulus, and to the east by the Takano Shrine. The stars that the ancient people must have gazed upon still watch us today. It is a regenerative art-craft-architectural work composed of local materials, connecting the present and the past, with the hope of light for the future.
